Every project we work on undergoes three different stage that make the eventual interior look and feel as designed.
Brief & Concept
Through the first stage we want to make sure to understand our clients need and their lifestyle and aspirations and how they want to use the property.
Base on all the understandings and needs, we go to site visit for checking all the existing condition and shortly after we come with a concept design and a rough floor plan with pictures to the client.
Design & Details
Right after getting the concept approval from our clients, in terms of design and budgeting, we start the project from site visiting, checking all the existing dimensions.
The area to the area, we start of each floor plan and layout design and detail drawings, All together fully itemized breakdown costs in client budget and time frame are the essential elements of this part.
Build & Control
After getting all the environment design approval, all the drawings must be ready to build as you can see in the drawings it has to execute perfect and nice.
We have our best and commitment team to build your dream house with Naz supervision on the site to make sure all the things are perfectly installing executing assembly, right as detail as it’s designed.

We offer design services in the United states, United Arab emirates, Oman, Singapore, and Malaysia.
